Crop

Embroidery

The final-inspection operator examines the finished product, checking both the seams and the fabric surface from the inside out for any defects. If any defects are found, the item is returned to the workshop for correction, ensuring that every piece undergoes thorough inspection.

Ironing

Steam‑suction ironing quickly shapes the sewn‑together finished product while swiftly removing steam, ensuring the fabric remains dry and smooth.

Full inspection

100% inspection of every product awaiting quality control; online inspection thoroughly checks all seam quality, while final inspection ensures each item is in perfect condition, with a clean and tidy appearance.

Packaging

After completion, the items are sorted and inspected; the final products are then folded or hung on hangers, boxed, and finally shipped.

Needle inspection

All finished products must pass through the needle detector’s conveyor rail; if any broken needles are detected, an alarm will sound, and the inspector will locate them.
